EJCS also provides the following guarantees :
- debt guarantee of a public works contractor for acquiring a bank loan for a public works project
- debt guarantee of a construction company for acquiring a bank loan for the acquisition of important construction equipment
- debt guarantee of a construction company or a consulting firm for acquiring a bank loan for the business abroad
Finance Guarantee for a PFI Project
When a PFI contractor seeks to acquire a bank loan, it can get debt guarantee from EJCS. This service is recently added to our business by the designation of the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, as PFI projects are rapidly increasing in Japan.
